She spent time with each of them, understanding what is important to them, planning with them how they could move to a much smaller place. She then coordinated the day of the move. My parents went out to breakfast from their old apartment and literally CAME HOME to the new apartment later that same day. Their things were unpacked and organized and labeled. Their furniture was arranged as it had been at their former apartment. My parents were completely amazed!! The grace and sweet attitude of Ashley and her team throughout the process actually made this difficult transition a wonderful experience.
